NLBA Summer Camps
The NLBA runs recreational summer camps every summer in August for athletes ages 7-15. These camps are a combination of FUNdamental skills with specific basketball skill work. The groups will be divided by skill level and the sessions will be based on helping the athletes develop their fundamental skills with the goal of helping them be successful in their next tryout (school, club, provincial team, academy, etc). Coaches will be evaluating and adjusting the practice plans based on the progression of the players.
Our summer camp program will consist of a mix of the following activities:
- Small sided games working on skill development and competing
- Skill development through station work with progressions each station
- 3x3 mini games
- Coach Challenges (athletes challenge the coaches to different tasks)
- Leadership opportunities for campers

August 22&23 - Fogo Island (Fogo Island Central Academy)
August 26&27 - Summerford (New World Island Academy)
August 29&30 - Stephenville (YMCA)

$175 - 2 day camps
$275 - 5 day camps
